Returns

HeartSoftball offers a 30 day return policy. We offer returns for all US orders within 30 days of purchase. We want you to love your HeartSoftball gear as much as we love making it!

International customers may return items for a refund or exchange, and will be responsible for shipping charges incurred returning the original item(s) to HeartSoftball and for further shipping. Please contact returns@heartsoftball.com for international return/exchange instructions.

To start exchange/return an item please request a return to returns@heartsoftball.com 

You will need your order number and email address used to place the order.

Customers seeking exchanges should also request a return to returns@heartsoftball.com. Return Shipping fees and restocking fees of 10% apply. 

Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Refunds

If you are requesting a refund, the average processing time is up to one week from the item’s arrival at our warehouse. During busy periods such as as sales, Christmas, and post-Christmas, this timeline may be extended. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued for the full cost the customer paid for the item(s), less 10% restocking fee, but we are unable to refund the cost of shipping for the original order.  

Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Items may be exchanged or refunded for store credit within 30 days date of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to credit cards other than those used to make the original purchase. We are unable to issue refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors.

Shipping

HeartSoftball ships from within the United States.  Customers placing international orders are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are resulting from their international shipment.

When can I expect my order?

We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday. During busy periods such as as sales and Christmas, it may take up to 5 to 7 days for an order to ship. Severe weather events may also extend this timeline.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to update from the chosen shipping carrier.

At checkout, our website lists the expected number of days in transit for each shipping service based on your address. This is for the transit time only, it does not account for time before your order leaves our fulfillment warehouse. This means that order pickup day is not included in the transit time. While the days listed are correct in most cases, they are only estimates and not guarantees.  

Transit time for international orders varies based on the destination and shipping method selected. We always offer both an economy shipping option and an expedited shipping option for international orders.

 

What does shipping cost?

For domestic orders, you can get an accurate quote by stepping through the checkout process and entering your shipping address.

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.
